The company, with subsidiaries operating in over 28 locations throughout North America, has achieved its growth through prudent investments and strategic acquisitions.

As a subsidiary of Black Mountain, Spark retains its current operating structure, while realizing additional financial strength and human resources. The agreement gives Spark a presence in the northeast, thus expanding our geographic reach and providing additional depth to our core services.
